Question 1

What is Brimnest?

Accepted Answer

Brimnest gives software businesses a workspace for customer conversations. It can be configured with business information to provide context for routine questions, capture leads and appointment requests, organize inquiries, and support follow-up.

Question 2

Which businesses can use Brimnest?

Accepted Answer

Brimnest is for software businesses broadly, rather than one specific kind of software company. A workspace is configured around each business’s information and the customer questions it needs to handle.

Question 3

How does Brimnest help with routine customer questions?

Accepted Answer

Brimnest uses the product information, policies, and tone you define to help handle routine questions. Workspace owners review response drafts and choose what to send; messages are not sent automatically.

Question 4

Can a workspace capture leads and appointment requests?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It can collect contact details and conversation context from people interested in your software, and collect meeting or demo requests connected to the customer conversation.

Question 5

How are inquiries and follow-up organized?

Accepted Answer

Open conversations, leads, and appointment requests are organized around their next step so workspace owners can manage follow-up in the context of each customer conversation.

Question 6

How does the setup engagement begin?

Accepted Answer

It begins with a conversation about the questions your customers ask and the moments where follow-up tends to slip. Brimnest is then configured around your business information and the workflow you want to use for routine responses, inquiries, and follow-up.

Question 7

What does workspace creation and the proposed subscription cost?

Accepted Answer

Creating a workspace is free. The current offer is a proposed sample, not final terms: $299 one-time setup followed by $49 per month. The setup payment is verified first; after that, the monthly subscription has a separate checkout. Live charges depend on the Brimnest owner connecting Stripe and completing payment onboarding in Polsia. Workspace features unlock only after both the setup payment and subscription payment are verified.
